By booking a session with NITA PAN Photography, you agree to the following usage terms:

Client Image Usage

You receive full personal usage rights to the final images, including for:

• Printing and sharing with family and friends

• Posting on personal or social media accounts (credit appreciated but not required)

Commercial use, such as advertising, brand promotion, or resale of the images, requires separate written consent.

Photographer Usage Rights

NITA PAN Photography retains the right to use selected images for:

• Portfolio (website or printed materials)

• Social media platforms

• Advertising and promotional purposes (e.g. flyers, exhibitions, publications)

This includes any people and/or pets featured in the images. If you prefer that your images are not used publicly, you may opt out in writing before your session.

Model Release Agreement

A model release is included in your contract and grants NITA PAN Photography permission to use images from your session for professional purposes as described above.
